Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or campaign-based customer engagement.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hold a valid driver's license, subject to successful DMV verification.
- Have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers by phone, email, and SMS.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies.
- Be detail-oriented and maintain accurate execution and documentation.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, teleconferencing applications, and common office software.
- Communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as needed for job performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns, including upsell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts.
- Call customers and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries.
- Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution and timelines.
- Provide backup support for commission payouts and investor reporting.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, upsell revenue, win-back success, and abandoned order recovery.
- Optimize campaign performance based on KPI trends and report results and recommendations.
- Manage sales Jira boards and dashboards, maintaining accurate data and timely updates.
