Requirements

- Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization.
- Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of the program.
- Manage client relationships and advise clients on strategic vision and direction.
- Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial program performance across multiple efforts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on changes to program scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit achievement.
- Oversee contractual obligations and the work of subcontracting partners.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation techniques.
- Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive growth opportunities.
- Hire, manage performance, review timecards, manage PTO, and develop team members.
