Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Show a track record of shipping products that real customers use and pay for.
- Have hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or comparable agentic tools, including prototypes, scripts, or workflows built independently.
- Be able to read a schema, write a query, follow a pull request, and discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
- Bring customer-focused, evidence-driven judgment.
- Write clear, precise specifications for human and agent readers.
- Be comfortable with a broad mandate and little process.
- Be based in the US or Canada.
- B2B SaaS and data-heavy product experience are preferred.
- Experience with restaurants, retail, commerce, POS or ordering integrations, loyalty, or marketing technology is a plus.
- Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product features is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a platform area from discovery and definition through delivery and outcome measurement.
- Talk with restaurant operators and marketers every week, and analyze call, support, and usage data.
- Turn customer feedback into blueprints, prototypes, and shipped products in short cycles.
- Write precise specifications that agents can use to build products, review their work, and identify errors.
- Shape AI-native product experiences for segmentation, issue recovery, campaign guidance, and merchant analytics.
- Use order, loyalty, and guest-level data to create actionable insights for merchants.
- Contribute to internal tooling, skills, and workflows that improve how the product organization builds.
