- Have 8-10 years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
- Demonstrate experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact.
- Apply analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis to product decisions.
- Use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Identify, define, and prioritize problems, opportunities, and solutions using an analytical, data-driven approach.
- Translate complex concepts into actionable product plans.
- Have project management experience and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback research to generate business insights.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop products.
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and use data to optimize resource allocation and product impact.
- Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs and diagnose pain points.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.
