Have 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, and PHP.
Have advanced English proficiency (B2, C1, or C2) for communication with international and distributed teams.
Bring strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledge, modern frontend development practices, and responsive interface design experience.
Have professional experience developing backend services with PHP and building and integrating REST APIs.
Have practical, everyday experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent solutions.
Understand databases, backend architecture, application scalability, and modern web development principles.
Bring problem-solving, analytical thinking, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Be able to work independently, take ownership of technical tasks, and collaborate with distributed teams.
PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony are a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and relational database management is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
Experience with Docker and containerized development environments is a plus.
Exposure to AI integrations, LLMs, or AI-powered application development is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, and PHP.
Build responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend services, APIs, and business logic.
Integrate frontend applications with backend systems, databases, and third-party services through REST APIs and other integration solutions.
Use GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices.
