Requirements
- Have managed projects across a range of security domains.
- Be comfortable leading several pieces of work at once.
- Be working towards a recognised security qualification, such as CISSP.
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, explaining complex topics to different audiences.
- Work confidently and independently, including when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Use data to measure and improve work.
- Interpret technical requirements, regulations and procedures.
- Be open to new approaches and technologies, including GenAI.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects across security domains, including third-party security, governance and vulnerability management.
- Represent Security in company projects, including product launches, and help teams identify and manage security risks.
- Write security policies and procedures with Security and wider bank teams.
- Mentor and develop Security Analysts.
- Monitor emerging security threats, technology and risks, and help prepare for them.
- Work with internal audit and risk teams to ensure security controls are implemented and regularly assessed for effectiveness.
