Requirements
- Model and optimize AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Identify process bottlenecks and analyze, design, and standardize processes.
- Know complaints and refund processes, including payment complaints, chargebacks, refunds, incorrect transfers, and regulatory deadlines.
- Understand payment-service processes, including account and payment modules, data flows between systems, and payment-channel operations.
- Have experience gathering and documenting requirements and facilitating workshops.
- Have experience with process automation, business rules, workflows, and system integrations.
- Have analytical-level SQL skills.
- Have experience with domestic and international payments, including ELIXIR, Express ELIXIR, SEPA, and SWIFT.
- Knowledge of RPA is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model AS-IS and TO-BE processes for complaints and payment returns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational processes.
- Define business requirements for changes to payment systems.
- Run workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Prepare process documentation, requirements, and use cases.
- Analyze process data and monitor KPIs.
- Support implementation of changes and assess their impact on business processes.
- Contribute to transformation projects involving payments and complaints.
- Develop recommendations to improve complaint and payment processes.
- Collaborate with business system owners and operations and IT teams.
