Requirements
- Bring 5+ years in a product role such as BA, PM, PO, product analyst, or equivalent.
- Have experience on genuinely complex SaaS, data, or enterprise platforms, rather than CRUD apps.
- Be comfortable reading technical architecture and talking with engineers.
- Apply UX thinking in the product-building process.
- Have experience or a strong interest in process intelligence, process mining, task mining, or automation such as RPA.
- Be skilled in Epics, User Stories, BPMN, and UML.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into implementable features while evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for new product functionalities.
- Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases, including Acceptance Criteria, using the selected document structure.
- Contribute to backlog planning and task prioritization.
- Work with the CTO, Product Analysts, Development, and Customer Success teams.
- Work directly with customers to surface needs before they become specifications.
