Requirements
- Typically have 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, Data & Analytics or technology transformation.
- Have strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Have proven experience producing functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Have hands-on experience planning and leading UAT activities.
- Have a good understanding of Data Quality, Data Readiness and BI solutions.
- Have a practical understanding of AI and analytics delivery lifecycles.
- Have experience working with international business and technical stakeholders.
- Be proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel or equivalent tools.
- Have professional proficiency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Support the definition and implementation of AI use cases within Pricing.
- Coordinate data quality, data validation and data readiness activities.
- Collaborate with business, Data, BI, AI and IT teams.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and release readiness.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes.
- Support user adoption, training and continuous improvement.
