Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role within complex business and technology environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Practical experience with KPI reporting, analytics or data-driven decision support.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with UAT and collaboration with technical teams.
- Very good English.
- Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools is relevant.
- Exposure to Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Finance, Financial Reporting or Controlling is relevant.
- Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, dbt, Oracle or other relational databases are nice to have.
- Experience with multiple data sources, data reconciliation and harmonisation, or reporting portfolio review is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI or AI-assisted analytics and international transformation programs is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and business workshops.
- Gather and analyse business, functional and reporting requirements.
- Define KPIs, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse existing reports, dashboards and business information needs.
- Support the design and development of BI solutions.
- Analyse data sources, data quality and potential data gaps.
- Support data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Prepare and coordinate UAT, analyse discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Support rollout and adoption of solutions and contribute to Pricing, Data Readiness and AI initiatives.
