Have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Senior BI Analyst, or in a related role.
Demonstrate very good SQL skills, including query optimization and analysis of complex data models.
Have experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, Looker Studio, Grafana, or similar tools.
Know Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Understand data modeling and the creation of scalable, useful analytical structures.
Be able to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage analytical projects end to end.
Be able to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical people.
Have aspirations to take on a leadership role in the future.
Nice to have: experience with analytical databases such as DuckDB and Iceberg-format data.
Nice to have: experience with dbt.
Nice to have: Python and data analysis libraries.
Nice to have: AWS ecosystem experience, including Glue or Athena.

Build and develop the organization’s data ecosystem.
Identify, source, and integrate data needed to analyze processes and support business activities.
Model data and create logical analytical layers that make data easy to use.
Design and create reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses and prepare recommendations for business decisions.
Work with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their needs and deliver insights.
Participate in optimization projects and support A/B tests.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and availability across the organization.
Educate teams on using data and analytical tools.
Be ready to launch and scale the Data Department in the future.
