Job Details

Have 7+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, reporting, version control, and allocations.
Have strong working knowledge of Acumatica ERP and financial data structures.
Bring advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
Have advanced Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and BI capabilities, including Power BI or Tableau.
Be able to synthesize complex financial information into clear, executive-ready narratives.
Have strong cross-functional communication skills.
Experience in SaaS or hybrid subscription and services business models is preferred.
Familiarity with automation, AI-assisted analysis, or advanced analytics tools is a plus.

Serve as the primary finance partner to senior product and functional leaders.
Maintain the cost allocation model and analyze cost impacts across the four business units.
Lead regular and rolling forecasts for complex, multientity areas.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review materials, including variance analysis and forward-looking risk assessment.
Contribute to long-range planning and scenario modeling.
Manage non-payroll, headcount, and payroll budgets and maintain related planning-system details.
Support Workday Adaptive Planning models, versions, allocations, and reporting structures.
Support Databricks and Tableau dashboards for allocated product line financial results.
Partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity from Acumatica into Adaptive.
Improve forecasting workflows, allocation methodologies, reporting structures, and automation.
