Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience; management consulting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to win and deliver consulting engagements worth $1M or more.
- Have deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
- Bring extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Bring extensive experience managing senior-level customer relationships.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a nice-to-have.
- Experience delivering SaaS or technology-enabled consulting solutions is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability across multiple teams.
- Own business development for the Quality Practice, architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams and oversee their professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Life Sciences Quality.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders, using Veeva data and software to address their business challenges.
