Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting; Business or Management Consulting is preferred.
- Bring proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models.
- Bring expertise in Medical Content Strategy.
- Bring expertise in Medical Communications.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
- Articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a nice-to-have.
- Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data and software insights.
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within the workstream.
- Contribute to business development and internal IP creation.
- Support operational excellence in the Vault Medical suite and Medical Affairs initiatives involving Link and CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing.
