Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or customer-facing Support Engineer.
- Be completely fluent in written and spoken Portuguese.
- Have excellent English skills for internal global collaboration.
- Have practical knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/network protocols.
- Use Chrome DevTools to debug script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.
- Be comfortable guiding customers through technical solutions across different technical backgrounds.
- Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags (GPT) experience is highly preferred.
- Complete the TestDome assessment if selected after resume screening.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
- Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of MonetizeMore tools, including PubGuru and Advanced Ads.
- Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and mobile apps.
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management to assess customer setups and recommend configurations.
- Explain ad-tech concepts such as Header Bidding, Open Bidding, and Core Web Vitals to non-technical customers.
- Translate customer friction points and feature requests into technical requirements for Product and Engineering.
