Job Details

Have 5+ years of software QA or testing experience in SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or similar environments.
Bring strong experience with both manual and automated testing.
Have experience coordinating, mentoring, or leading QA teams.
Have experience supporting software release cycles and cross-functional product teams.
Have experience testing APIs, databases, workflows, and web-based interfaces.
Have strong expertise in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, or similar tools.
Be able to design, maintain, and expand automated test suites.
Understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and database interactions.
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
Be familiar with performance, load, and exploratory testing methodologies.
Have experience using AI agents and implementing or building AI tools and agents.
Have strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Develop and improve test automation frameworks and testing processes.
Support and improve automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Coordinate QA activities across releases and lead test planning, execution, validation, and post-release verification.
Identify quality risks, monitor product quality, and work with engineering teams to address issues.
Support incident investigation, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
Improve testing environments, release readiness processes, and quality monitoring practices.
Evaluate testing tools, frameworks, and technologies, and maintain testing standards and documentation.
Promote the use of AI tools for test automation, test case generation, and defect analysis.
Mentor QA team members and partner with engineering, product, and development teams on quality practices.
