- Seven (7) years’ experience as a Business Analyst. At least three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements
- Have seven years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Have at least three years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Have prior experience in health insurance and related software at the enterprise level.
- A master’s degree may substitute for three years of experience; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years; or an associate’s degree may substitute for one year.
- Be capable of completing the entire project if selected, working remotely as appropriate for the client’s needs.
- Be able to pass the required background checks.
- Prior Lead BA experience is preferred.
- IIBA certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Create project schedules and work plans in collaboration with project managers.
- Coordinate communication and decision-making among business teams, technology partners, Federal regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Gather requirements for an enterprise-level IT modernization initiative.
- Perform gap-fit analysis.
- Create and manage change requests.
- Assist with drafting training and other stakeholder documentation.
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing.
- Provide knowledge transfer.
