Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, or executive decision support.
- Ability to investigate complex business problems, interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Understanding of organizational performance, financial drivers, operational efficiency, and investment decisions.
- Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI platforms is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, or related analytical tools is an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise KPI architectures, performance scorecards, reporting standards, or value-realization methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to develop forecasting tools, scenario analyses, business cases, and investment assessments.
- Understanding of data quality, reporting consistency, governance practices, and performance measurement.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams and align analytical work with business priorities.
- Familiarity with managed services, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to evaluate organizational performance and support business decisions with analysis and recommendations.
- Develop business cases, scenario models, forecasting tools, investment analyses, and value-realization assessments.
- Design and refine enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders to support informed decisions and alignment.
- Collaborate with Finance, Delivery, Sales, Product, and other teams on performance metrics and reporting.
- Monitor organizational results and recommend actions to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes.
- Strengthen enterprise reporting standards, data governance practices, and data quality controls.
- Introduce improved reporting methods, measurement frameworks, analytical tools, and decision-support capabilities.
