Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-driven application engineering.
- Understand modern AI architectures and design workflows incorporating LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
- Have hands-on experience with data-driven Process Mining or Task Mining platforms, such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
- Have knowledge of core banking systems including FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, or Archer.
- Demonstrate expertise authoring PDDs and collaborating on SDDs with strict traceability.
- Have experience working within Agile frameworks and translating between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Preferred: UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Responsibilities
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical pods by translating enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
- Analyze current processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
- Author Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs).
- Review Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for gaps and lead process validation.
- Advise clients on long-term automation roadmaps and strategy.
- Drive adoption of IDP and Process Mining technologies.
