Job Details

Have 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Have strong Healthcare Payer domain experience.
Have UiPath experience; it is mandatory.
Have strong data analysis skills with SQL and Tableau or Power BI.
Be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate the ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple complex responsibilities.

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
Define sub-domain scope, entity lists, business definitions, grain, and priorities.
Map business processes to source systems and establish a system of record for each entity.
Work with Data Engineering leads to map entities to sources and datasets using Databricks or Snowflake catalogues, and assess coverage.
Conduct SME interviews to elicit use cases, capabilities, and attribute-level requirements; prepare discovery readouts and secure client sign-off.
Own BRD/FRD documentation and a canonical attribute register traceable from use cases to attributes.
Provide functional guidance on business rules, grain, hierarchies, and code sets; review STTMs against signed requirements and assess change requests for scope impact.
Define UAT scope and business scenarios, run UAT with business SMEs, triage defects, and drive them to closure with evidence.
Secure UAT sign-off and document residual open items and handover material.
