Job Details

Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and communicate clearly in both languages.
Have a native or near-native English and Spanish accent (Level A-B).
Be willing to learn medical technology, equipment, and procedures; prior telemedicine or EKG experience is not required.
Communicate step-by-step instructions clearly to patients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and patient-service skills.
Show patience, empathy, and professionalism when assisting patients.
Pay close attention to detail when documenting patient information and readings.
Have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Be available for 40 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday, with daily hours to be determined in PST.
Provide services as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients during virtual medical appointments.
Provide clear, step-by-step instructions for using medical equipment.
Guide patients through blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and EKG testing.
Troubleshoot basic equipment or connectivity issues using established procedures.
Verify that readings and recordings are captured and transmitted successfully.
Document patient readings and test results in designated systems.
Maintain patient confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information.
Coordinate with the healthcare team when assistance or escalation is needed.
Follow established workflows, protocols, instructions, and agreed deliverables.
