Requirements
- Strong practical experience developing front-end applications with React.
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to build authenticated, API-driven applications.
- Experience creating responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Familiarity with charts, graphs, and data visualization.
- Experience with front-end testing tools and frameworks, such as React Testing Library or Playwright.
- Ability to identify technical risks early, communicate potential challenges, and contribute to practical mitigation strategies.
- Experience collaborating with backend developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within a short, clearly defined project timeline.
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with a team operating on UK working hours.
Responsibilities
- Build front-end components for a 12-week brain health program, including weekly participant questionnaires.
- Develop progress visualizations and graphs that update as participants complete weekly questionnaires.
- Implement progressive unlocking of program content and brain health tools.
- Build authentication, onboarding flows, and protected routes.
- Develop questionnaire interfaces and program content screens, including loading, validation, empty, and error states.
- Integrate front-end components with the Core API according to agreed API contracts.
- Create automated tests covering critical participant journeys.
- Adapt user portal components for an administrative interface with account blocking and unblocking and participant information views.
- Collaborate with QA and client teams to resolve issues and implement agreed UAT improvements.
- Support hosting and deployment activities for the live AWS environment alongside the backend developer.
