Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong front-end focus.
- Have strong experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
- Know how to build fast, accessible and well-tested web experiences.
- Have worked closely with commercial functions such as marketing, growth, sales or CRM.
- Have hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics, such as A/B testing, conversion optimization or funnel analysis.
- Work autonomously, take ownership of ambiguous problems and make decisions with limited guidance.
- Have working knowledge of a backend language such as Python, Kotlin or Java and be comfortable making backend changes.
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up environment and be comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation tools is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, subscriptions or direct-to-consumer growth is a plus.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system is a plus.
- React Native experience or interest in growth across web and mobile is a plus.
- Production experience with Kotlin or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own growth initiatives from shaping ideas with commercial partners through technical delivery and measuring results.
- Partner with marketing, CRM and product teams to deliver campaigns, launches and acquisition journeys.
- Design, launch and analyze A/B tests with analysts, using results to guide what to build next.
- Own web performance, accessibility and conversion across landing pages, sign-up and checkout.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs as priorities change and help determine what to build, defer or drop.
- Shape APIs and make backend changes for growth features using Kotlin or Python.
- Contribute to the shared component library and design system.
- Release to production daily, with testing and monitoring in place.
