Requirements
- Have a strong technical understanding of low-voltage cabling, fiber optics infrastructure, and physical media installation.
- Bring hands-on knowledge and project oversight experience with CCTV installations and access control systems.
- Have strong experience with Ubiquiti networking and security ecosystems, including UniFi and UniFi Protect.
- Have field or project experience with point-to-point wireless bridges and outdoor wireless infrastructure.
- Flawless written and verbal English is required to communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams across time zones.
- Multi-site or nationwide field service rollout experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage low-voltage infrastructure, access control, CCTV, and networking projects from kickoff through completion.
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Create Bills of Materials and technical requirements based on client specifications, floor plans, and site assessments.
- Assist the sales department with pre-sale scoping, quotes, proposals, and technical discovery calls.
- Provide post-sale implementation support.
- Coordinate field technicians, vendors, and clients across multiple sites.
