Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of low-voltage cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, and physical media installation.
- Hands-on knowledge and project oversight experience with CCTV installations and access control systems.
- Strong experience with Ubiquiti networking and security ecosystems, including UniFi and UniFi Protect.
- Experience with point-to-point (P2P) wireless bridges and outdoor wireless infrastructure, through fieldwork or project management.
- Ability to develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), interpret floor plans, assess technical requirements, and scope implementation solutions.
- Experience managing multi-site or nationwide field service deployments is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage low-voltage infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and networking projects from kickoff to completion.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and define technical requirements using client specifications, floor plans, and site assessments.
- Support pre-sales technical scoping by preparing quotes and proposals and conducting technical discovery calls.
- Provide post-sales implementation support to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Coordinate field technicians, vendors, and clients across multiple locations.
- Oversee deployments of low-voltage cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, security systems, and network equipment.
- Monitor project progress and address technical or operational challenges.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure consistent implementation standards across project sites.
