Requirements
- Have 5+ years of project management, production or account management experience in CG, VFX, animation, post-production or a similar digital production environment.
- Have proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end.
- Demonstrate strong client management skills.
- Bring leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Be able to manage multiple deadlines and stay calm during busy periods.
- Be confident in client-facing situations, including challenging conversations.
- Have a strong affinity with the automotive and/or powersports industry.
- Have experience working with international or distributed teams and clients.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Scope CG work based on client briefs and breakdowns.
- Build and maintain schedules, deliverable overviews and task plans across parallel projects.
- Keep project trackers, databases and project documents current and organized.
- Coordinate day-to-day work with CG artists, compositors and other disciplines.
- Oversee feedback loops, versions, approvals, asset lists and delivery checklists.
- Serve as the primary contact for automotive and powersports clients, leading calls and reviews and sharing status updates.
- Flag project risks, propose scenarios and trade-offs, and drive alignment on next steps.
- Track hours and costs against estimates and bids, and support producers with estimates and scopes of work.
- Manage purchase orders, timesheets and project administration.
- Coach junior project managers and coordinators and contribute to improved tooling, workflows, reporting and best practices.
