Requirements
- Have 4+ years of project management experience.
- Have hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release.
- Have previous experience working in a software house environment.
- Be comfortable with hardware-meets-software trade-offs, including firmware delays, OTA, and certifications.
- Have solid Agile foundations, especially Scrum.
- Be able to step into a Scrum Master or Product Owner role when a project needs it.
- Bring a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Have English proficiency at C1+ in written and spoken communication.
- Bring creativity, communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
- Experience with IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects is a plus.
- Experience with US-based clients and their delivery expectations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage web and mobile projects from discovery and scoping through launch and post-launch work.
- Serve as the single point of contact for US-based clients, including client conversations and negotiations when needed.
- Lead cross-functional squads of designers, developers, QA, and other project managers.
- Run Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, and manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
- Co-create product vision with clients, including features, MVP strategy, and delivery approaches.
- Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters.
- Improve ways of working within the squad and across the company.
- Use AI tools as part of the daily workflow.
