Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of technology project management experience.
- IWMS experience.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to support multiple clients and projects concurrently across US and EMEA time zones.
- Experience working in large global organizations and complex technical environments.
- Experience working with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and technology teams.
- Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management.
- Ability to operate independently with general guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Corrigo and other variable technology implementation and integration projects as the primary client-facing project manager.
- Manage multiple clients and projects across US and EMEA time zones.
- Engage stakeholders and apply SDLC principles throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Maintain project scope and budget, and manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare project forecasts, burn-down reports, estimates to completion, and weekly timecard analyses against planned hours.
- Maintain project governance and documentation, including minutes, status updates, risk management plans, and steering meetings.
- Ensure project documentation gives client leadership the metrics needed to make informed decisions.
- Meet with end users across regions and time zones to assess adoption, identify pain points, and plan user-experience improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of tools to improve end-user experience and adoption.
- Build stakeholder relationships and share best practices and market trends to support decision-making.
