Requirements
- Have 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field.
- Have a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- Be comfortable working with SQL.
- Be comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
- Have full professional fluency in English and German.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Bring curiosity, tech-savviness, and an eagerness to learn and experiment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and identify opportunities for automation and intelligent systems.
- Analyze business performance and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Build analytical models and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
- Track KPIs and monitor the impact of automation.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Work with company founders and local teams to deploy and scale AI-powered processes across markets.
