Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Publisher Development, or a related role within the digital media or advertising technology industry.

Have 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Publisher Development, or a related role in digital media or advertising technology.
Understand the publisher landscape, online video platforms (OVPs), and advertising technology, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving.
Have experience meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Be proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is preferred.
Demonstrate relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Be able to understand technical concepts and learn new technology to solve publisher challenges.
Be able to travel occasionally to meet clients in person.

Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of premier publishers.
Build relationships with decision-makers and day-to-day stakeholders at media organizations.
Identify account growth opportunities, including upsells and adoption of new features.
Guide publishers in using the JWX platform to improve video monetization, ad yield, content transformation, and social distribution.
Work with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Publisher Solutions, Product, and Technical Support teams to address publisher needs.
Oversee the publisher lifecycle after sale, including onboarding, implementation, performance reviews, and strategic renewals.
Use Salesforce and internal tools to forecast, track client interactions, and report on account health and growth opportunities.
Travel occasionally to meet clients, present business reviews, build relationships, and discuss strategy.
