Job Details

Have 3+ years of relevant BI and data analytics experience, including significant hands-on Power BI work.
Demonstrate experience building executive dashboards for and presenting them to senior leadership.
Have advanced expertise with Power BI and DAX.
Have experience with SQL, Power Query/M, and Power BI Service.
Have strong data modeling experience and working knowledge of dimensional modeling and relational data structures.
Have hands-on experience implementing Row-Level Security and dynamic hierarchies.
Be able to profile, cleanse, and shape source data in Power Query.
Have experience working directly with U.S. clients and cross-functional technical teams.
Have client-facing communication and consulting skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Be available to work standard U.S. business hours and collaborate closely with client stakeholders.

Work with client stakeholders to understand business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
Provide guidance and best practices for Power BI development and implementation.
Translate business requirements into Power BI solutions and data models.
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Develop DAX calculations and Power Query/M solutions.
Create and maintain dimensional data models and configure Row-Level Security and dynamic hierarchies.
Analyze and cleanse data, and troubleshoot data-quality and reporting issues.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams on data integration, architecture, and reporting requirements.
