Requirements
- Be a US Citizen.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business or Risk Management, or equivalent experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Security Assessment, or a related field.
- Know Security Risk Management, IT management, and risk frameworks.
- Have experience developing and refining technical and business operational processes.
- Have experience identifying, prioritizing, and escalating issues to team leadership.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to polish.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Be familiar with Jira, ServiceNow, and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ProcessUnity is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Support assessors in implementing Security Risk Management processes across workflows.
- Communicate team goals, delegate tasks, and align work with organizational priorities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements or automation where applicable.
- Support the management and maturity of the Approved Products List process.
- Improve cross-collaboration review and approval of requests requiring adjudication.
- Maintain SOPs and supporting documentation for the end-to-end Cyber Risk process.
- Provide process guidance to engineering teams, security assessors, and incident response resources.
- Publish and maintain knowledge-base articles about products, processes, and team structure.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and solutioning sessions, and audit operations to address gaps.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve technical and operational skills.
