Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience.
- Bring experience in a startup or high-growth environment involving ambiguous problem solving, ideally.
- Be comfortable with structured phone or video conversations and managing high volume without sacrificing quality.
- Build trust with families, counselors, and teammates, including in stressful moments.
- Work through complexity and ambiguity with curiosity and calm.
- Spot patterns, uncover blockers, and find practical paths forward.
- Manage a detailed caseload with discipline, keep clean notes, and maintain reliable daily rhythms.
- Bring stamina to high-volume work.
- Be energized by improving access to mental health care for kids.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of referred families as their point of contact from referral through intake.
- Engage with families by phone, email, and other channels to answer questions and resolve blockers.
- Navigate complex cases with clarity and empathy.
- Follow up consistently and re-engage families to move them toward intake.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to unblock cases and streamline workflows.
- Share real-time patterns and feedback on product, tools, and messaging to improve the intake experience.
