Requirements
- Have 6+ years of professional experience in project management or operations.
- Have 2+ years of brand management experience.
- Demonstrate experience managing high-volume projects, competing priorities, and complex workflows.
- Have experience managing internal websites, brand portals, or similar digital platforms.
- Be familiar with Figma and collaboration with design and development teams.
- Have strong vendor management experience, including tracking deliverables, budgets, and revisions.
- Have experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, and maintaining operational processes.
- Communicate effectively with designers, developers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project activities for internal brand portals, websites, and brand operations.
- Prioritize, track, and deliver approximately 400 to 500 brand portal updates annually.
- Coordinate website development and design vendors, including deliverables, revisions, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Oversee project workflows, track budgets, and monitor vendor performance.
- Support brand governance processes, approvals, and design consistency across internal platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and other internal stakeholders to align priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and operational documentation.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to support scalable processes.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project owners and leadership.
