Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations.
- Have 2+ years of brand management experience.
- Demonstrate project management experience across planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery tracking for concurrent projects.
- Have experience managing high-volume project workflows, budget tracking, and vendor relationships.
- Be familiar with Figma and managing internal websites, brand portals, or similar digital platforms.
- Have experience coordinating with design and development teams, vendors, and project owners on deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
- Be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all management levels.
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day brand portal operations and manage website development and design vendors.
- Manage approximately 400–500 brand portal updates annually through internal case management workflows.
- Prioritize requests and track progress against deadlines.
- Oversee project schedules, workflows, budget tracking, cost estimates, and vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate brand reviews and approvals, ensuring updates align with established standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams, marketing stakeholders, project owners, and vendors on specifications, deadlines, revisions, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, identify operational issues and risks, recommend process improvements, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain internal brand websites and portals by coordinating design changes and updates.
