Requirements
- Currently reside in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, or the United Kingdom.
- Hold an active certification or license in your specialty area.
- Be available to provide approximately 5–10 hours of direct member care per week.
- Have experience delivering empathetic, culturally humble care.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a passion for women's and family health.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to members through video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to coordinate member support, including in-person referrals and recommendations for follow-up care.
- Deliver empathetic, culturally humble care.
- Provide care via video and private messaging.
- Participate in opportunities such as moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, and writing or reviewing educational articles.
