Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email.
- Solve problems and create positive experiences for customers.
- Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
- Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems.
- Work closely with the team to improve the service provided.
