Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients and manage end-to-end logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain departments to support timely dispatch and resolve shipment issues.
- Monitor delivery tracking systems and provide proactive customer updates.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the company’s logistics database.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for regional supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and optimize delivery timelines.
