Job Details

Bring 15+ years of experience in earned media.
Have a strong track record in consumer, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences communications.
Maintain deep, established relationships with leading business and healthcare journalists, editors, and media organizations.
Demonstrate success winning new business and growing existing client relationships.
Build trust and credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and prospective clients.
Have experience serving as a strategic counselor in complex, high-pressure client situations.
Demonstrate communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Show leadership and mentoring capabilities, and the ability to influence direction and deliver results.
Remain hands-on when necessary and demonstrate sound judgment and focus under pressure.

Advise senior clients with clear, actionable strategic guidance.
Navigate complex, high-stakes client situations with composure and sound judgment.
Set account leadership standards and help teams deliver consistent results.
Lead and support new business development efforts and build credibility with prospective clients.
Translate earned media strategies into narratives for pitches and long-term client partnerships.
Use established relationships with business, healthcare, biotech, and life sciences media outlets to identify opportunities for client exposure.
Act as a resource for clients and journalists, drawing on media expertise and professional relationships.
Mentor team members and provide hands-on support to resolve challenges and maintain account momentum.
