Requirements
- BS/BA in a science- or technology-related field.
- 5+ years in product management or an equivalent role.
- Experience working with data engineering teams on data pipelines, data quality, and integration requirements.
- Experience with product lifecycle management software such as JIRA, Aha!, or Rally.
- Experience with data analysis and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or AWS QuickSight.
- Experience with customer usage analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with generative AI/LLM platforms and evaluation, including prompt engineering, RAG, or model evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with document authoring and structured content tools such as Word and template or content management systems.
- Ability to work remotely with constant spoken and written communication and influence across organizational levels without managerial authority.
- Systems-thinking ability to anticipate and communicate downstream implications of decisions.
Responsibilities
- Translate users' experiences, usability feedback, unmet needs, and satisfaction levels into requirements and user stories.
- Drive development of new features and enhancements through definition, planning, design, build, and launch phases.
- Gather user feedback during product discovery to refine designs and reduce risks.
- Communicate customer stories, pain points, and product benefits to users and internal stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, drive adoption, and assess impact.
- Define requirements and evaluation criteria for AI/LLM-enabled authoring capabilities, and partner with data scientists and data engineers to measure and optimize output quality, latency, and cost.
- Promote Certara products in presentations, webinars, workshops, events, and conferences.
- Author best-practice guides and help articles, and create in-app help and instructional tips for onboarding.
- Curate product knowledge for stakeholder communities and customers.
