- Ability to balance multiple needs, deliverables, and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong follow-through.
- Strong relationship-building, work coordination, organization, and professional presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client, customer, or operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day relationships and delivery for assigned lender-placed insurance clients, representing client needs while balancing operational, contractual, regulatory, and business responsibilities.
- Lead recurring client and internal meetings by preparing agendas and updates, presenting progress and concerns, documenting decisions, and driving follow-through.
- Maintain task plans, project trackers, audit matrices, and action logs to organize commitments, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and client expectations.
- Coordinate client requests, audits, implementations, complaints, service concerns, and operational issues across internal partners, maintaining ownership through resolution or an agreed next step.
- Analyze reporting, service levels, scorecards, claims, operational trends, and client feedback to identify risks and recommend improvements.
