Have knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Be proficient in analytics tools and metrics and able to translate data into strategic insights.
Have negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Work effectively with internal and external teams.

Execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
Create campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Lead day-to-day client relationships and align account team recommendations with client objectives.
Support client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions.
Lead influencer identification, selection, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Track campaign performance against key metrics and derive actionable insights.
Manage influencer marketing budgets and allocate resources.
Collaborate with marketing teams, sales, product development, and external partners.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches.
