Requirements
- Bring 10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain.
- Have expertise in demand planning, capacity planning, or logistics.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of GxP/GDP, clinical supply chain, and regulated distribution networks.
- Demonstrate leadership in S&OP processes.
- Be proficient with advanced forecasting tools, ERP/APS systems, and analytics platforms.
- Bring stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Translate data into decisions and navigate ambiguity, volatility, and complex cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products, integrating CRM data, manufacturing forecasts, and cross-functional inputs.
- Lead monthly Demand Review and consensus alignment across Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and key stakeholders.
- Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
- Mature and govern the S&OP process, reconciling unconstrained demand with constrained supply for executive decision-making.
- Partner with Supply Planning to set safety stock strategies and oversee inventory positioning, replenishment frequency, and site-to-site transfers.
- Drive planning data discipline and champion advanced analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, and digital planning tools.
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, packaging vendors, and distribution partners.
- Identify supply-demand gaps, capacity risks, and logistics bottlenecks, and lead scenario planning for disruptions and market volatility.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and global regulatory requirements across planning and logistics processes.
