Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience, including at least 1 year in the blockchain industry.
- Understand smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing, and be able to discuss technical issues with security engineers and clients.
- Have a proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have experience coordinating work across multiple teams.
- Have experience in client-facing project roles.
- Have experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Have professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, particularly security consulting or assessment delivery.
- Bonus: familiarity with the broader Web3 ecosystem, including major blockchains and DeFi protocols.
- Bonus: experience working with institutional clients, including financial institutions and enterprises.
- Bonus: proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of security engagements, from kickoff and timeline planning through milestone tracking, report delivery, and closure.
- Coordinate with security engineers, sales, and internal teams to confirm project requirements and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Identify and escalate risks such as delays or scope changes, and follow through on timely resolution.
- Maintain regular client communication, provide status updates, confirm timelines, and manage change requests.
- Lead kickoff calls and report reviews, and support security engineers in presenting findings and remediation recommendations.
- Coordinate follow-up assessments and retests.
- Help refine delivery processes over time.
