Requirements
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have knowledge of payments and acquiring.
- Be fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
- Be willing to work across different time zones.
- Be willing to travel approximately 5%.
- Bring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be detail-oriented and well organized, with good time-management skills.
- Have the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Be able to work with a global, multicultural team.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the success and satisfaction of merchants in the assigned portfolio.
- Build relationships with key contacts across multiple continents and time zones.
- Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders to support the merchant experience.
- Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Nuvei Team.
