Requirements
- Have 6–8 years of experience in FP&A/Finance.
- Have 2–3+ years directly supporting executive leadership.
- Demonstrate driver-based forecasting and scenario planning across capacity, utilization, reliability, and unit economics.
- Have a strong command of service-operations metrics and/or FinOps/cloud cost concepts.
- Be proficient with Excel.
- Have experience with EPM tools such as Adaptive or Anaplan.
- Have experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- An MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and monthly outlooks for the partnered function.
- Translate roadmaps and operating plans into financial targets and guardrails.
- Build driver-based models linking customer demand and staffing capacity to COGS, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash.
- Establish and maintain KPIs with clear definitions, ownership, data sources, and links to financial outcomes.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on hiring plans, shift and coverage models, vendor leverage, feature prioritization, and FinOps levers.
- Advise leaders and translate strategy into financial and operational plans.
- Own the planning cadence, including plans, forecasts, and QBRs, and produce executive-ready analysis and recommendations.
- Guide headcount governance and capacity planning, including hiring phasing, overtime guardrails, and vendor mix.
- Create business-case standards and track realized benefits.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and Excel; improve reporting processes and automation.
