Requirements
- Experience in revenue operations or operational project management in an agency or client-services environment.
- Experience carrying multiple accounts at once.
- Comfort serving as the operational face of the business in a stakeholder-facing role.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong organization and follow-through without needing to be chased.
- Ability to work independently without an operations team or manager checking your work.
- Willingness to take on hands-on work, including emails, trackers, follow-up, and process writing.
- Commitment to the part-time role rather than seeking full-time work immediately.
- Reliable overlap with Barcelona for client calls and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational point of contact for clients.
- Keep clients informed, manage follow-up, and escalate issues that need the founder.
- Own timelines, scope, and deliverables across client accounts.
- Track project status, follow up on slipping work, and identify delivery risks early with proposed fixes.
- Coordinate the team and hold team members to their commitments.
- Keep the pipeline, CRM, and reporting accurate and current.
- Build and maintain the systems and automations that support delivery.
- Document repeatable processes currently held in the founder’s memory.
