Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer goods (CPG), event marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–40%, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary regional marketing contact for distributors and sales teams.
- Execute national marketing campaigns at the local market level and maintain a regional marketing calendar.
- Support retail and on-premise promotions, activations, and trade programs.
- Plan and coordinate sampling events, sponsorships, festivals, tournaments, venue activations, and community events.
- Manage event logistics, staffing, promotional materials, permits, and product coordination, and report on event performance.
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, training logistics, and deployment of regional brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate production and installation of marketing materials and manage vendor relationships, quotes, timelines, and project completion.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, expenses, and inventory.
- Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, venue operators, and local organizations, and identify sponsorship and activation opportunities.
