Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Have 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.
- Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.
- Bring strong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Have experience with or working knowledge of data lakes and modern data architecture.
- Have experience with or working knowledge of Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce.
- Have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills for moderately complex business and technical challenges.
- Be able to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information for business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with a focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including office hours, troubleshooting, and dashboard and analytics best practices.
- Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards.
- Communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver project requirements.
