Requirements
- Have personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets.
- Have a strong understanding of regulated markets, particularly equities and stocks.
- Bring product management experience; fintech experience is a plus.
- Have practical experience using AI-based tools in daily product management work.
- Be familiar with emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, and mobile and web applications.
- Have experience defining business requirements, creating product requirements documentation (PRDs), and executing them with a product team.
- Have strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development.
- Be autonomous and self-starting.
- Have experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and select KPIs aligned with the relevant area and company goals.
- Validate product decisions through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Translate the product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate product-launch work with legal, risk, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
- Use metrics, numbers, and facts to justify product decisions.
